About the Recipe
These delicious moist Choc Chip Cookies are high in protein with over 24g in each cookie. They are made from natural ingredients with no processed sugars or fats. The ingredients will help you feel fuller for longer, les hungry and less like to binge of sweet things as it will stabilise your blood sugar with the peanut butter and the dark chocolate. These will also help you to build muscle while burning fat with no sugar dips.

Ingredients
200g oats
100g whey protein
80g Fage Yogurt
60g Peanut Butter
80g 70% cocoa dark choc
2 tbsp of skinny maple syrup
water
Preparation
Step 1
Get a bowl and a set of scales. Set the bowl on top of the scales an d make sure it is at zero.
Step 2
Add 200g oats, 100g whey protein powder, 80g of 0% fat Fage yogurt, 80g 70% cocoa dark choc, 60g peanut butter and 2 tbsp of skinny maple syrup. Mix together in the bowl, if it doesn't come together as a dough at a little bit of water untl it does..
Step 3
Then take the mixture and roll into 8 balls, then press them down flat until they look like a cookie, then place on a baking tray and cook in the oven for 15 mins in a warm oven at 180*.
Step 4
You can then store in the fridge and eat as a snack, pre or post workout, breakfast or afternoon treat. You can also use this recipe to make protein balls, waffles or pancakes.
