Whether you are new or just need some guidance with your weight training my class is perfect for you. I will guide you through how to use machines and free weights making sure your form and technique is correct for your safety and the best results.

I offer 1-1 training at JGHgym in Dromore as well as 1-1 coaching online as well. I will work with your abilities and any injuries and introduce you to free weights and gym machines from how to use them to how to progress your workouts to meet your goals using the correct form and techniques

Online Services

You can work with me online 1-1 with a meal plan and workout plan you can work with online with weekly check-in or you can work on your own with my gym workouts or home workouts.

Weight Training Classes

I offer Weight Training Classes at JGHgym in Dromore early morning, after school drop offs evenings and weekends. The classes are small with a max of 8 to allow 1-1 time with everyone to ensure correct form and technique as well as to progress towards goals.

I specialise in eating disorders having suffered myself i use exercise, diet and mindset to overcome for a healthier life

I specialise in fertility issues having struggled with this i learnt how to eat the right foods, the correct exercises and relaxation technique's to improve your chances.

Having suffered from depression for a long part of my life i have learned how to build emotional and mental strength and resilience through diet, exercise & mindfulness.

In my 40`s now i am experiencing perimenopause and will share the correct exercises, diet and stress management you need for hormonal balance, fat lose, muscle gain and bone density.
