The stresses and strains of modern life can leave us feeling unable to cope sometimes, poor mental clarity, low energy, poor sleep and depressed. Mindfulness came into my life at a hard time and it gave me the skills to be able to switch off from the world and relax.

Mindful challenges

As part of my mindfulness journey I set myself to do at least one challenge a year and do it for a good cause as well.

In 2016 I completed a 110 mile cycle from Belfast to Dublin in aid of the Simon Community. 

In 2017 I completed the Belfast Marathon for the first time ever and this was in aid of Awareni.
