This would involve a combination of walking with the aim of doing short runs, resistance, weights, kettlebells and hiit workouts. This combination will help burn fat, build lean muscle and tone up

Exercise should be fun

 Exercise is not a form of torture but is a way to strengthen not only your body but also your mind. I would recommend between 30mins to an hours exercise everyday.

Make it fun, like jumping on the trampoline with the kids, taking the dog for a walk, cycling, running and some of the latest trends which I partake in is aerial hoop, silks and pole dancing as it’s fun, a great workout and I get to make some new friends.
