What is HIIT?

High intensity interval train8n, which Is short bursts of high intensity exercise such as sprinting, steps, jumps, kettlebells and hops. So you can do a circuit of 5 exercises, rest for 1 min then do it again, rest and do again. This gets your heart rate up, gets your metabolism firing into fat burning mode.
