Post workout meals

The best time to do a workout is first thing in the morning before you have something to eat.

Make sure to keep hydrated during your workout.

After a workout you need protein to help build lean muscle and to keep your metabolism flying throughout the day and to continue burning fat.

My go to is a low fat natural yogurt mixed with a scoop of vanilla whey protein I use Isagenix, add a few nuts, dates, cinnamon, apples or berries, chai seeds, pumpkin seeds and a drizzle of peanut butter.

This will help with recovery of your blood sugar levels keeping them stable throughout the day and stop those sugar cravings as well as keeping you full.
