If you want a beach body it is not going to happen overnight. Doing fad diets where you lose a few lbs then go on holidays then put more in and continue until the next event is very dangerous. Get a diet and workout plan that is fun, easy to do and fits into your lifestyle, otherwise you will continue in this pattern.
You need to break the pattern by creating new habits with exercise and eating. Consistency is key, you stick to the workout and diet plan you will achieve your results and maintain them.

How are you different from a regular trainer at a gym?

I have been working out since I was a teenager. I have been a runner, tried cycling, pole dancing, aerial hop and silks, beachbody workouts, yoga lattes and Boxercise drawing on all of these I have brought together my favourite and most effective workouts for a lean healthy body.
I am also a busy single Mum of 2 kids who knows only too well the struggles of energy, getting my body back, accepting the changes, maintaining a healthy diet and workout routine for not only my physical but mental health. 
I don’t always have time to the right foods so I have my protein shakes and snacks to make sure I maintain my muscle mass as well as energy and performance drinks to help with my recovery and performance and not to mention my daily tonics which help me manage my stress and give me mental clarity everyday.

What types of home fitness equipment do you recommend?

I like to use simple equipment you can use anytime anywhere. I love resistance bands a ropes these are great to take with you if you’re on holidays or work away a lot. 
I also like kettlebells, dumbbells, barbell and skipping ropes which are great for creating lean muscle.
The boxercise can be performed with pads or a pinch bag.
